The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company.</p> <p>Pay Rate: $22.10</p> <p>Shift Premium: 2nd shift $0.63, 3rd shift $0.57</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manufacturing experience (preferred) however not required - full training provided. </li><li>Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned. </li><li>Maintain a clean work environment. </li><li>Ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and computer skills. </li><li>Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. </li><li>Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift. </li><li>Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on position. </li><li>Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, with the option to work additional hour. </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent</p> <p>Must be currently enrolled in college or university</p> <p>Manufacturing Experience Preferred But Not Required.</p> <p>Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.</p> <p>Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by state or federal law.</p>
