This role is critical in maintaining strict cleanliness and hygiene standards required in food production environments. Previous food manufacturing sanitation experience is a must.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Clean and sanitize food processing equipment, production lines, tools, and facility surfaces.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols in compliance with FDA, USDA, and company standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Safely handle and apply industrial cleaning chemicals.</p> </li><li> <p>Disassemble and reassemble machinery as required for deep cleaning.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain documentation of cleaning logs and inspections.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all cleaning procedures are completed within scheduled downtime to avoid production delays.</p> </li><li> <p>Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and general facility areas as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must have previous experience working in sanitation within a food manufacturing environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in wet, humid, or cold environments for extended periods.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/bend for long periods.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work independently and follow detailed cleaning procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible to work any of the available shifts.</p> </li></ul> <p>Schedule Options:</p> <ul> <li> <p>1st Shift: Morning hours</p> </li><li> <p>2nd Shift: Afternoon/Evening hours</p> </li><li> <p>3rd Shift: Overnight hours</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay: $20.50/hour</p> <p>Location: Torrance, CA</p> <p>Lakewood CA 3052</p>
