<p>The Peninsula Golf & Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Seasonal Snack Bar Supervisor. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service while working with and reporting to the Clubhouse Manager.</p> <p>Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of food service/food preparation experience </li><li>1-2 years of management experience required </li><li>Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) diploma </li><li>Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws </li><li>Must have food and beverage experience </li><li>Must have good work ethic </li><li>Must be dependable </li><li>Must have strong business aptitude </li><li>Must have strong service orientation </li><li>Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented </li><li>Must have exceptional interpersonal skills </li></ul> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Daily management of the Snack Bar </li><li>Must be team oriented </li><li>Handles the production of food service as necessary in the Snack Bar </li><li>Hires, supervises, and develops Snack Bar and Beverage Cart Attendant </li><li>Conducts training and refresher classes for all personnel in the correct procedures </li><li>Daily oversight of the Snack Bar accounting procedures </li><li>Maintains cost controls and conduct monthly inventory </li><li>Accurately handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures </li><li>Quality assurance, guest service and training of all employees </li><li>Provides prompt and efficient customer service </li><li>Responsible for overall guest satisfaction </li><li>Maintains a professional appearance at all times </li><li>Maintains the cleanliness of production and service equipment </li><li>Keeps production and service areas clean and orderly </li><li>Requisitions food and other necessary supplies (where applicable) from kitchen </li><li>Performs clean-up and closing procedures </li><li>Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other local/state laws </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager </li></ul>
