<p>Position Summary Description</p> <p>Responsible for Mailroom Operational Activities, Fleet Management, and Hurricane Preparedness Inventory.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Takes fleet vehicles for washing/maintenance. </li><li>Plans and organizes reproduction copy work, including maintaining printer and printing supplies. </li><li>Receives and unloads deliveries at the loading dock. </li><li>Sorts incoming and external companywide mail. </li><li>Assists with Board catering planning, preparation, clean-up and maintaining inventory. </li><li>Manages inventory of refreshment area/break room. </li><li>Assists at front desk by becoming familiar with the security policies, software and procedures to provide security coverage as needed. </li><li>Performs other duties as applicable to the position or as assigned. </li><li>NERC Compliance: Performs NERC Compliance Program roles if/as designated in Seminole's Standard Ownership Matrix (SOM) including ongoing evidence retention in "audit-ready". Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report. Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds.</p> <p>Working conditions</p> <p>Some travel and work outside of normal business hours. While working in certain areas of the plant there is the potential for exposure to hazards typical of an industrial working environment. Elevated noise level.
