<p>Job Summary: The Auto Sort Operator/Vision-X Operator is responsible for ensuring that Vision-X system is working properly and that all components are maintained and in good working order. This position is a production/productivity related position.</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Order entry of return loads into the HMI or Graphical user interface</p> </li><li> <p>Removes dunnage from inbound pallets</p> </li><li> <p>Clears jams in the system</p> </li><li> <p>Tipper</p> </li><li> <p>Flipper</p> </li><li> <p>Vision Booths</p> </li><li> <p>3 Stackers</p> </li><li> <p>Runs accumulation tipper</p> </li><li> <p>Performs routine maintenance to ensure that photo lens and laser scanners are kept clean and functioning</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors the system to accuracy issues and reports out as needed to correct the problem</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li><li> <p>Learn, understand, and adhere to all PECO safety policies and procedures for the depot as well as for your role</p> </li></ul> <p>Education, Skills and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Graduation from an accredited high school or General Education Development (GED) </li><li>Good attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary </li><li>Good understanding of machine mechanics and how to make small repairs </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Employee will need to be able to lift 65lbs repeatedly </li><li>Employee will be standing most of the day </li><li>Employee will periodically climb up and down stairs to clear machine jams </li></ul> <p>Work Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Work is performed in a warehouse environment </li><li>Dust associated with pallet repair operations </li><li>Noise associated with pallet repair operations </li></ul>
