<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Consumer Payments Advisor has a vital support role within our payments team, specializing in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to various payment roles. This dynamic professional should understand digital marketing trends, channels, and best practices to effectively assist and coordinate marketing programs.</p> <p>This professional is a doer, a trusted advisor for the consumer payments team, someone who acts as a program coordinator for the client and our team.</p> <p>The Consumer Payments Advisor has a C1 English level and is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With a strong foundation in digital marketing and exceptional organizational skills, they will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the success of our payment programs</p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support and Coordination:</p> </li><li> <p>Brand ambassador program by ensuring the right functionality to all eligible members and the resolution of daily problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Gift card monthly finances reports, cards cancellations and discounts, requesting journal entries and updating the tracking documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Commercial relationship with partners by maintaining weekly meetings with the team to review operational aspects, marketing promotions and business opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Data Analysis and Reporting:</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in analyzing marketing data and performance metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate reports and provide insights to help inform strategic decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Budget management:</p> </li><li> <p>Invoicing, POs & Purchase Requisition.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ideally in advertising agencies. </li><li>Digitally fluent, with knowledge of multi-channel digital marketing best practices. </li><li>Project management experience. (Intermediate) </li><li>Experience with content strategies and understanding of the key performance indicators for each of the main marketing channels. </li><li>Experience crafting marketing plans and/or programs. </li><li>Experience working with Microsoft Office, and project management tools. </li><li>Experience in working in an international/multicultural environment. </li></ul> <p>Soft skills</p> <ul> <li>Excellent English communication skills (C1). </li><li>Skilled communicator (written and spoken). </li><li>Impeccable time management and prioritization skills. Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and multiple tasks at a time. </li><li>Ability to think on the fly. </li><li>Ability to work independently, taking ownership of accounts while also working collaboratively. </li><li>Exceptional organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. </li></ul> <p>Marketing skills</p> <ul> <li>Marketing Strategy (Beginner/ Intermediate) </li><li>Content Marketing Strategy (Beginner/ Intermediate) </li><li>Marketing Analytics and Reporting (Beginner/ Intermediate) </li><li>Email Marketing Strategy and Development (Beginner/ Intermediate) </li><li>Writing and Story development (Beginner/ Intermediate) </li><li>Content Assessment (Beginner/ Intermediate) </li><li>Brand Positioning & Architecture (Beginner/ Intermediate) </li><li>Communications Management (Intermediate/Advanced) </li><li>Project Management (Intermediate/Beginner) </li><li>Stakeholder Management (Intermediate/Beginner) </li><li>Vendor Management (Intermediate/Beginner) </li></ul> <p>Pluses:</p> <ul> <li>Certified in Digital Marketing, high degrees in Digital Marketing and similar. </li><li>Certified in PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, Cobit5 or similar. </li></ul> <p>Locations</p>
