<p>Duties</p> <p>As a Speech-Language Pathologist with The Menta Group, you will work with students to provide speech-language assistance in accordance with the students' IEP's.</p> <p>Staff Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., M-F, following a school calendar</p> <p>10 Month Position, 12 Month Pay</p> <p>School Location 621 Belvidere Rd, Waukegan, IL 60085</p> <p>Full-Time or Part-Time work available</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Supervise students, in groups and individually, monitoring behavior to ensure that it aligns with programmatic expectations. </li><li>Provide educational direction and support for students at times of confusion, frustration & emotional upset. </li><li>Develop and update IEP goals and progress reports for student caseload. </li><li>Provide Speech-Language related service minutes as dictated on the IEP. </li><li>Maintain accurate related service logs updated weekly. </li><li>Compensated Intrastate Travel Required </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited university program. </li><li>Current Speech-Language Pathology license from IDFPR </li><li>Clinical Competency Certification (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed. </li></ul> <p>Salary/Benefits</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>In accordance with the Pay Transparency amendment to the Illinois Equal Pay Act of 2003, information about pay ranges and employee benefits can be found at the following links: </li><li>Full Time Employee Benefits Overview: </li><li>Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off (PTO); and a 403(b) retirement plan with an employer match.
