Apply today to join our award-winning team.</p> <p>Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Representative</p> <p>Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, managing booking requests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online systems </li><li>Accurately enter and update booking information in the reservation system </li><li>Provide customers with information about services, availability, pricing, and policies </li><li>Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and special requests </li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and promotions </li><li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met </li><li>Ensure all reservations are processed efficiently and accurately </li><li>Maintain records and prepare reports as required </li><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, etc., in a timely and professional manner </li><li>Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution </li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions </li><li>Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism </li><li>Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed </li><li>Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction </li></ul> <p>Key Skills & Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Customer Service </li><li>Problem Solving </li><li>Conflict Resolution </li><li>Computer Literacy </li><li>Team Collaboration </li></ul> <p>Days & Hours:</p> <p>Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm</p> <p>Pay Structure:</p> <p>Salary + Commission: $45K start (with key performance metrics offering immediate 5K jumps if achieved)</p> <p>1% Commission on Sales, paid monthly in arrears (first 12 months will typically equate to 1m - 1.3m sales, equivalent to 10k-13k commission)</p>
