This is a hybrid role, based out of our Columbus, OH office.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Leading the preparation of transportation design plans/3D modeling for ODOT and other Ohio LPA transportation and/or municipal projects. </li><li>Performing and checking various design calculations including Drainage Design, Quantities, Maintenance of Traffic, and Pavement desig </li><li>Performing various tasks as they relate to preparing a design package (special provision development, construction estimates, Bid packages, etc.) for milestone submittals to clients </li><li>Providing technical expertise/guidance to junior staff </li><li>Support MDOT projects, as needed, with similar responsibilities </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering </li><li>EIT required; PE or proof of working towards PE highly preferred </li><li>5-9 years related experience </li><li>Experience with Microstation required </li><li>Experience with AutoCAD highly desirable </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>401(k) w/ company match </li><li>Health insurance w/ HSA option, Vision, Dental, Life </li><li>Flexible schedule </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Referral program </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>Catalytic Coaching - Employees draft a development plan aimed at improving contributions in their current job and increasing the potential for other opportunities.
