Work on complex issues in own area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects). Decisions/solutions can enhance essentially current and future design and strategy. Enhance complex systems/processes. Represent SAP to customers. Communicate clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand. Advocate for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors, and usage patterns. Promote the role of User Experience through thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies & practices and ability to integrate those into current and future development efforts. Develop and provide systems, applications, products, and services to optimize/automate business processes, improve work efficiency, and provide the expert support in operations. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation. Facilitate the service lifecycle and product lifecycle. Execute technical feasibility studies / solution reviews. Define / review technical blueprint for internal IT projects. Customize and develop enhancements. Implement the solutions. Provide technical documentations. Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement. Participate in de-escalation activities. Contribute to the Build to Run engagement. Contribute to the definition of technical standards and frameworks.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology/Services, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology/Services, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Administering SAP S/4HANA and SAP NetWeaver;</p> </li><li> <p>Designing and implementing SAP Applications and Databases, focusing on high availability and disaster recovery concepts;</p> </li><li> <p>Finding and fixing problems with load balancers;</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzing S/4HANA data footprint, including server downsizing and upsizing;</p> </li><li> <p>Integration between SAP SuccessFactors & Azure Active Directory;</p> </li><li> <p>SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication; and</p> </li><li> <p>SAP Cloud Platform Identity Provisioning Service.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel: Position does require up to 20% domestic travel to unanticipated customer sites nationwide to review customer technical landscape, new technical requirements, and any technical challenges.</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
