The TSR is responsible for contacting assigned Lottery retailers via telephone and securing orders for instant lottery tickets. This position requires excellent customer service skills, problem solving, as well as handling Lottery related questions and/or problems encountered, and shipment tracking. The result is to maximum Instant ticket distribution through professional and through sales techniques.</p> <p>Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Contact retailers within assigned call list on a regular call cycle within required timeframe </li><li>Provide information and sales about new and existing games and promotions. </li><li>Employ professional telephone sales techniques to ensure Lottery retailers order the appropriate number of packs for their sales and call frequency. </li><li>Access appropriate computer screens and input sales and sales related data. </li><li>Ability to maintain associated call levels in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Develop positive working relationships with Lottery retailers, resulting in motivated, pro-Lottery attitudes wherever possible. </li><li>Provide regular and consistent feedback from Lottery retailers to management, sharing retailer suggestions, ideas, and/or questions in a timely fashion. </li><li>Develop a sound business relationship with assigned Lottery Representatives and all retailers. </li><li>Handle incoming calls from Lottery retailers, resolving problems or questions as they relate to inventory needs, current promotions, order status/tracking and other lottery related needs, ensuring that all calls receive complete attention and thorough follow-up. </li><li>Coordinate activities with the Inside Sales Manager and comply with Automatic Call Distribution guidelines. </li><li>May be required to work in the warehouse periodically to assist with allocations or short staff. </li><li>·All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements/Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent </li><li>1-2 years' experience in Customer Service/Sales </li><li>Understanding of telephone sales principles and techniques </li><li>Home Wi-Fi Connection </li></ul> <p>Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Good computer skills including, but not limited to, "MS Office" applications (Outlook 360, Excel, Word, Access, etc.) </li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 pounds when assisting in the warehouse. </li><li>Ability to stand for up to 8 hours when assisting in the warehouse. </li><li>Positive and self-motivated attitude and ability to work with others as a team. </li><li>The ability to multi-task </li><li>Ability to sit at a desk, stand, bend, lift as needed. </li></ul>
