The role coordinates cross-functional teams spanning Salesforce, full-stack engineering, QA, UX, data, security, and vendors. Owns delivery governance, plans and executes releases, manages dependencies and risks, and drives continuous improvement using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices.
