The purpose of the role is to report weekly and monthly financial performance, as well as Forecasting and Budgeting for Store Payroll & Field Management organization. Many of these reports are a critical tool used by the leadership team to help manage the Financial and operational performance of the business. The individual will take an active role in identifying improvement opportunities and will partner cross functionally with business partners throughout the company. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
