Ideal candidates have great customer service skills, mail/copy experience, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.</p> <ul> <li>Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment </li><li>Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude </li><li>Providing accurate and professional support in areas such as copy services, scanning/document services and other administrative tasks as assigned </li><li>Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers </li><li>Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages </li><li>Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment </li><li>Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines </li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Consider a new career today as a Site Supervisor with IST Management Services, the fastest-growing, national, facilities management company in the industry.
