<p>Salesforce Techno Functional Architect</p> <p>Job Title : Salesforce Techno Functional Architect</p> <p>Job Location : Cleveland, OH<</p> <p>Skillset SF Core Project Governance Salesforce Solution Architecture</p> <p>Domain Sales Commercial Applications Salesforce</p> <p>Reporting Stakeholder Interface Business Sales Marketing IT Labs Commercial Leadership<</p> <p>Role Summary<</p> <p>Client is seeking a senior yet hands-on Techno Functional Consultant to support Lead to Land initiatives across Sales Distribution This role will work closely with business stakeholders to simplify optimize and modernize commercial processes particularly around Touch Points AI ASR Avient Service Request Color AI and Albert Invent<</p> <p>The consultant will act as a bridge between business users and technology teams proactively identifying solutions reducing manual effort and improving sales productivity and data capture quality<</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<</p> <p>1 Lead to Land Process Optimization</p> <p>Understand end-to-end sales and opportunity management processes</p> <p>Identify gaps in early stage opportunity capture Stage 1 onwards</p> <p>Recommend improvements to ensure</p> <p>Better pipeline visibility</p> <p>Earlier opportunity identification</p> <p>Reduced dependency on latestage manual data entry<</p> <p>2 Salesforce Commercial Systems Optimization</p> <p>Conduct a holistic review of the current Salesforce implementation</p> <p>Analyze</p> <p>Custom screens</p> <p>Multistep flows</p> <p>Extensive field dependencies and conditional logic</p> <p>Identify opportunities to</p> <p>Simplify user experience</p> <p>Reduce number of required fields</p> <p>Streamline screens and workflows</p> <p>Collaborate with Marketing Salesforce Product Owner team to</p> <p>Rationalize historical customizations</p> <p>Improve adoption and usability for sales teams<</p> <p>3 ASR Client Service Request Color AI Enablement</p> <p>Review the ASR process including</p> <p>Data captured through Color AI</p> <p>Form complexity large number of required fields</p> <p>Propose solutions to</p> <p>Autopopulate fields where possible</p> <p>Eliminate unnecessary data capture</p> <p>Reduce effort for sales teams during opportunity creation</p> <p>Help align Color AI ASR outputs to Salesforce opportunity workflows</p> <p>4 Touch Points AI Support</p> <p>Work closely with business stakeholders on the Touch Points AI initiative</p> <p>Support definition and realization of</p> <p>Sales productivity improvements</p> <p>Near realtime meeting note capture</p> <p>Reduced information loss due to delayed data entry</p> <p>Assist in</p> <p>Translating business KPIs into system and process changes</p> <p>Supporting PM and solution teams during rollout</p> <p>5 Albert Invent Integration Support</p> <p>Understand Albert Invent and Albert Sync capabilities</p> <p>Analyze how lab data and samples can</p> <p>Flow into commercial systems</p> <p>Support opportunity creation and qualification</p> <p>Recommend integration approaches into</p> <p>Salesforce</p> <p>SAP future state</p> <p>Support scaling Albert Invent beyond pilot phase into broader commercial use</p> <p>6 Business Engagement Ownership</p> <p>Act as a trusted partner to sales marketing and commercial leadership</p> <p>Proactively</p> <p>Engage stakeholders</p> <p>Clarify requirements</p> <p>Recommend practical actionable solutions</p> <p>Demonstrate strong ownership by</p> <p>Driving tasks to completion</p> <p>Following through on action items</p> <p>Escalating risks and dependencies early<</p> <p>Required Skills Experience</p> <p>Functional Domain</p> <p>Strong understanding of Sales processes<</p> <p>Opportunity management</p> <p>Lead to Land lifecycle</p> <p>Experience working closely with Sales teams</p> <p>Marketing</p> <p>Commercial leadership</p> <p>Technical Systems</p> <p>Salesforce experience functional or techno functional</p> <p>Certifications not mandatory initially</p> <p>Willingness and ability to upskill rapidly Trailheads certifications</p> <p>Experience working with</p> <p>Complex highly customized Salesforce environments</p> <p>Data heavy forms and workflows</p> <p>Exposure to AI enabled sales tools</p> <p>Automation or data integration initiatives preferred</p> <p>Personal Attributes Critical</p> <p>Proactive and outcome driven</p> <p>Comfortable speaking directly with business stakeholders</p> <p>Strong sense of ownership and accountability</p> <p>Quick learner with ability to grasp business context rapidly</p> <p>Hands-on mindset can both recommend and execute</p> <p>Confident communicator across business and IT teams<</p> <p>Nice to Have</p> <p>Experience with AIdriven sales productivity tools</p> <p>Lab to commercial workflows</p> <p>SAP Salesforce integration concepts</p> <p>Background in manufacturing chemicals or industrial sales environments<</p> <p>Engagement Details</p> <p>Role focuses on Lead to Land not full Lead to Revenue transformation</p> <p>Cleveland -
