<p>OVERVIEW: The Receptionist/Greeter is responsible for greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them to the appropriate sales staff or other department.</p> <p>KEY TASKS:</p> <ul> <li>Answer all incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate party </li><li>Meet and greet customers.
