<p>Instructional Designer II Job ID: 25-08617</p> <p>Pay rate range - $35/hr. to $38/hr. on W2</p> <p>Hybrid</p> <p>Must Have</p> <p>Articulate Suite, Storyline, and Rise Experience 2+ years</p> <p>Adobe Creative Cloud Suite 2+ years</p> <p>Translation management systems & Learning management systems 2+ years</p> <p>Experience required</p> <ul> <li>Articulate Suite, Storyline, and Rise Experience </li><li>Adobe Creative Cloud Suite </li><li>Translation management systems </li><li>Learning management systems </li><li>XML & HTML - beginner knowledge </li><li>If Bilingual would be helpful in this role, not required </li><li>BA degree required - Instructional Design, multimedia development, or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Leadership Principles -</p> <p>Deliver results, Invent & Simplify</p> <p>Day to Day</p> <ul> <li>Team works with translations of training documents </li><li>Work with Linguists, Project coordinators, Project managers, and 3rd party providers </li><li>Team has a lot of new requests and needs additional support </li></ul> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>We are looking for an instructional designer to support the development of translated materials for learners across Client's Worldwide Operations.</p> <p>Key job responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with linguists and project managers to deliver translated learning solutions. </li><li>Integrate translated content across a variety of technical formats. </li><li>Analyze source files and source code to ensure proper translation workflow. </li><li>Provide first-level support for technical questions about the translated solutions. </li><li>Support testing of translated solutions for overall functionality. </li><li>Collaborate with instructional designers and media developers on best practices to support translation workflows. </li><li>Identify and support improvements to processes or tools where needed. </li><li>Contribute to a positive team culture that focuses on doing great work while learning and growing. </li></ul> <p>Basic qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in instructional design, multimedia development, or equivalent </li><li>Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Storyline or Captivate </li><li>Experience with media applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud </li><li>Experience with XML and HTML </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with translation management systems </li><li>Experience on machine translation with post-editing (MTPE) projects </li><li>Experience with learning management systems </li><li>Experience developing solutions for bidirectional languages </li><li>Job details </li><li></li></ul>
