Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products and solutions to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Manufacturing Quality Control work includes:</p> <ul> <li>Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards </li><li>Testing random samples of finished goods </li><li>Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in job processes and tools obtained through work experience </li><li>Typically works independently </li><li>May coach or train newer employees on specialization team </li><li>Provides support that serves to enhance and maximize effectiveness of specialization </li><li>Takes initiative to resolve non-routine problems </li><li>Communicates information to audiences that may require explanation or interpretation </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience</p>
