<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Registrar is a member of the Counseling Department and supports the daily operation of the Academy by maintaining student records, coordinating reporting processes, assisting the counseling office, and facilitating enrollment and graduation-related activities.</p> <p>This role works collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, families, and sending districts to ensure accurate recordkeeping, compliance with reporting requirements, and effective communication across the school community.</p> <p>The successful candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>Promote 21st century educational excellence through the vigorous support of the mission and goals of The Woodstock Academy; </li><li>Facilitate individual, departmental, and school excellence through the support of high-quality personnel, reinforcement of best instructional practices, encouragement of a culture of collaboration, and a focus on student learning; </li><li>Maintain and manage student records, including enrollments, withdrawals, transcripts, and cumulative files; </li><li>Support counseling office operations, including scheduling, reporting, and college application processing; </li><li>Coordinate report cards, awards tracking, graduation materials, and commencement documentation; </li><li>Assist with state and federal reporting requirements and communication with sending districts; </li><li>Support student enrollment processes and collaborate with the Counseling and Admissions Departments on incoming student data; </li><li>Coordinate testing logistics and related documentation as needed; </li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of student information management. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in administration or a related field, or equivalent experience; </li><li>Experience with student information systems, records management, or educational office support preferred; </li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills (including Microsoft Office and administrative software); </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within established guidelines; </li><li>Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders; </li><li>Positive attitude, integrity, collaboration skills, a cooperative attitude, and a sense of humor essential. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge of:</p> <ul> <li>Student information systems and records management practices; </li><li>State and federal reporting requirements related to student data; </li><li>Office coordination in a school counseling or enrollment environment; </li><li>Preparation of transcripts, report cards, graduation documentation, and testing materials; </li><li>Communication and coordination with families, faculty, and sending districts. </li></ul> <p>EOE</p>
