Bachelor's degree preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience - One (1) year of ministry experience. One Unit of Clinical Pastoral Education</p> </li></ul> <p>In Lieu Of</p> <ul> <li> <p>4 units CPE may be considered the equivalent of one (1) year pastoral care experience</p> </li><li> <p>Team members employed in this job prior to July 1, 2020, are grandfathered under prior educational and experience requirements.
