Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step if you are eager for your next opportunity.</p> <p>The Warehouse Admin Clerk provides clerical and administrative support to the warehouse operations team.</p> <p>You will work from 2:00pm-finish, Monday - Friday.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the truckloads are set up based on customer & driver expectations </li><li>Provide truck assignments for each driver </li><li>Help selectors with essentials such as printing pallet labels/case labels </li><li>Print and distribute Performance Reports / Safety Correctives / End of Shift /Trucks Start-Up / Out of Service, On-Premise Attendance </li><li>Print route invoices and hazard labels on invoices with HAZMAT criteria </li><li>Provide backup when investigating error rates </li></ul> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Warehouse clerk experience preferred. </li><li>Data entry and Microsoft Office experience preferred. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li></ul>
