Join us.</p> <p>A Day In The Life:</p> <p>The Category Management Analyst Intern supports the Category Management team in analyzing shopper, retailer, and syndicated data to uncover insights that drive category growth and strengthen retail partnerships. This role offers hands-on experience applying category management principles in a real-world environment, contributing to customer-facing presentations, sales strategy, and space planning initiatives. The intern will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development while fostering strong analytical and business storytelling skills.</p> <p>The Impact You'll Make:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze point-of-sale (POS), shipment, and syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen/Circana or retailer-specific sources) to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities </li><li>Support the development of customer category reviews, business plans, and strategic presentations </li><li>Assist in building data-driven insights that influence distribution, assortment, and promotional strategy </li><li>Track category performance metrics and identify opportunity gaps against goals </li><li>Support promotional analysis and post-promotion evaluations to assess ROI and effectiveness </li><li>Assist with space planning initiatives, including planogram development and analysis using space planning software </li><li>Translate complex data into clear, compelling visuals and business recommendations </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to align on strategic initiatives </li><li>Participate in team meetings and present findings to internal stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Economics or related field </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) </li><li>Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail </li><li>Ability to interpret data and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines </li><li>Interest in retail, CPG, sales strategy, or data analytics </li></ul>
