They will help build the compression brand across the United States working on the marketing strategy and handling various projects for the team.</p> <p>The ideal candidate should/could live in Charlotte, NC.</p> <p>We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we'd love to talk.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li>Supports the (Senior) Brand Manager to drive brand success in local markets, such as brand P/L and market share development. Can own a small brand or a segment of a larger brand </li><li>Contributes to defining annual brand plans </li><li>Leads (or contributes to) Brand & Innovation campaign activation, tracking and corrective actions. For product innovation is responsible of achieving the business case and leads and survives all phases including phase in/phase out, distribution and brand activation </li><li>Leads brand analysis and recommends corrective actions </li><li>Recommends brand assortment, product management and pricing in line with global guidance.
