<p>SUMMARY: ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for a Dormitory Manager Assistant</p> <p>Description:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee all 24-7-365 operations of the dormitory to include staffing needs and completion of related paperwork. i.e., weekly timesheets, training, staff meetings, policy implementation and staff discipline. </li><li>Use SASS system to monitor room allocations and student arrivals/departures. </li><li>Oversee porter/laundry facility and following up on needed building maintenance and repairs. </li><li>Schedule/Ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for incoming students. </li><li>Schedule routine vehicle maintenance for dormitory department vehicles. </li><li>Conduct room inspections for cleanliness and routine maintenance, and supervision of housekeeping and front desk staff. </li><li>Able to act on behalf of the Dormitory Manager in their absence. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. </li><li>Minimum two years of experience in management and supervision preferably in commercial and institutional housekeeping and guest services. </li><li>Familiarity with dormitory operations to include janitorial, housekeeping, laundry distribution and some facilities maintenance. </li><li>Must be an American Citizen. </li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft OS. </li><li>Availability to flex hours to support 24-hour operations. </li><li>Must have a valid SC driver's license and able to operate a motor vehicle. </li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. </li><li>Must be able to lift 30 lbs. with assistance. </li><li>Clear and effective written and communication skills </li></ul>
