Visit us at www.accenture.com.</p> <p>The Commercial Data Insights & Segmentation Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across commercial marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing transactional and site-level data, identifying key performance drivers, and maintaining a robust segmentation framework for commercial sites. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure data accuracy, optimize site classification, and support business growth through data-driven recommendations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>This role supports the strategic planning and operational excellence of a commercial marketing organization's efforts by:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Analyzing proprietary and third-party card transaction data to uncover trends and performance drivers.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluating client and market performance to identify high-impact opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Leading the segmentation and classification of commercial diesel sites to enhance targeting and investment strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborating with SMEs to ensure data integrity and visibility across systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Data collection from different data sources.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration with data teams to solve business questions and look for improvement opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide functional expertise for key processes, products and solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Work within (and outside, where appropriate) documented processes applying judgment-based services that deliver client value</p> </li><li> <p>Manipulate and update reporting templates on a set frequency</p> </li><li> <p>Engage and train other business advisors on analytics tools and methodologies</p> </li><li> <p>Gather and model data for analysis using various industry tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel, SQL,...)</p> </li><li> <p>Drive analytical efforts in areas specific to business function and industry focus</p> </li><li> <p>Provide guidance to data analysis teams on business priorities, requirements and data sets</p> </li><li> <p>Gather business intelligence for decision making</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze monthly transaction reports from the Analytics Tower to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate insights that inform strategic planning and guide marketing and operational decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate top-performing branded wholesalers and stations based on fuel consumption metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Rank clients by transaction volume and frequency to support targeted marketing and engagement strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify emerging market opportunities through regional and industry data analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct the Active Commercial Site list process, classifying sites and updating relevant stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Client-facing relations and stakeholder management</p> </li><li> <p>Create and maintain internal and external documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Create and perform time management plans for self and team</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Required Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with B2B marketing or commercial operations is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</p> </li><li> <p>English level: C1/B2+</p> </li></ul> <p>Locations</p>
