<p>Administrative Assistant</p> <p>One of CRG's clients is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their Legal and Risk Management team on a contract basis. This role is critical to supporting the company's insurance compliance program by managing customer and vendor insurance documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly repetitive environment while communicating with internal teams and external partners.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates or recent graduates looking to gain experience in insurance administration, compliance, and corporate operations.</p> <p>Opportunity: 6-month contract</p> <p>Location: Charlotte, NC (local candidate required; may need to be onsite 1 day per week)</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm</p> <p>Pay: $23.00/hour</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Monitor customer and vendor insurance certificates, including renewals and cancellations</p> </li><li> <p>Initiate certificate of insurance (COI) renewal processes prior to expiration</p> </li><li> <p>Draft and send standardized communications to customers, vendors, and insurance professionals outlining insurance requirements and renewal requests</p> </li><li> <p>Review and process insurance certificates to ensure compliance with internal requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Customer Enrollment and Customer Setup teams using internal systems and platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with customers, vendors, and their insurance representatives regarding coverage questions, limits, endorsements, cancellations, and non-compliance issues</p> </li><li> <p>Track follow-ups and maintain accurate records of outstanding insurance documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Generate reports and provide insurance compliance updates to internal stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Support additional ad hoc projects as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>1-3 years of experience in an office or administrative setting</p> </li><li> <p>Entry-level candidates and new graduates encouraged to apply</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive, task-focused role</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable managing email communication and available for phone calls as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision</p> </li><li> <p>Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check</p> </li></ul> <p>Category Code: JN022, JN002</p> <p>#LI-WP1</p>
