We serve Fortune 500 companies across industries and are driving digital transformation with cutting-edge technologies and trusted services.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Head of Cloud Infrastructure Managed Services is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership, responsible for the strategic direction, delivery excellence, and operational performance of managed cloud services across multi-cloud platforms (SCP, AWS, Azure, GCP). This role leads cross-functional teams-including CloudOps, SecOps, DataOps, and DevOps-and builds strong partnerships with hyperscalers and technology partners. The ideal candidate drives innovation, ensures cost-effective and compliant service delivery, develops talent, and aligns services to evolving client needs and market demands.</p> <p>You will work closely with executive leadership, customers, and cross-functional product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure we are delivering high-performance, cost-effective, scalable, and secure cloud services. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in cloud infrastructure and operations, a strategic and business-oriented mindset, and a passion for building and leading high-performing teams.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Leadership & Strategic Execution</p> <ul> <li>Own the P&L for the managed cloud services business, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. </li><li>Develop and execute a future-proof strategy for managed cloud services aligned to market trends, client needs, and innovation opportunities. </li><li>Lead a multi-disciplinary team and foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement. </li><li>Build partnerships with hyperscalers, ISVs, and ecosystem players to enhance value delivery and joint go-to-market efforts. </li><li>Collaborate with executive leadership to define and deliver new service offerings. </li></ul> <p>Service Delivery & Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Direct end-to-end delivery and operations across Samsung Cloud Platform (SCP), AWS, Azure, and GCP. </li><li>Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency across cloud workloads. </li><li>Implement DevOps, SRE, and automation-driven operating models to drive consistency and speed. </li><li>Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service health metrics to maintain transparency and exceed client expectations. </li><li>Lead regulatory and security compliance efforts (SOC2, ISO, HIPAA, etc.). </li></ul> <p>Strategic Delivery & Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Lead strategic partnerships to enhance service capabilities and co-develop joint offerings with cloud technology partners. </li><li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and service cost-effectiveness through collaborative planning. </li><li>Drive cost efficiency and innovation without compromising service quality. </li><li>Collaborate with finance, procurement, and business units to support partner-aligned cloud initiatives and measurable value realization. </li></ul> <p>Capability & Talent Development</p> <ul> <li>Attract, retain, and develop top talent across cloud engineering, operations, and architecture functions. </li><li>Build internal capabilities through structured training, knowledge sharing, and mentoring. </li><li>Promote a high-performance team culture with cross-regional collaboration, especially with counterparts in Korea HQ. </li><li>Lead internal stakeholder and client conversations as a trusted advisor for cloud operations and transformation. </li></ul>
