<p>Responsibilitiesarrow_right</p> <ul> <li>Lead all PPAP and Prototype documentation, ensuring accurate dimensional and material test records are completed, organized, and delivered to customers on time. </li><li>Review and release incoming raw materials, including performing physical inspections and making acceptance decisions to support smooth production flow. </li><li>Investigate raw material concerns from Production, driving supplier corrective actions, RMAs, and credits when issues arise. </li><li>Conduct laboratory testing on products and raw materials using customer-specific procedures and industry standards to verify compliance. </li><li>Support Customer Complaints by coordinating containment actions, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and timely customer communication. </li><li>Facilitate key audit activities, including Layered Process Audits, Product Dock Audits, and Customer-Specific Requirement Audits, while maintaining detailed records and trend analysis. </li><li>Manage the MRB and non-conforming material process, including NCMR database oversight, material containment control, and recommending proper dispositions. </li></ul> <p>Qualificationsarrow_right</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Technology, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. </li><li>3+ years of experience in automotive component manufacturing, metal fabrication, metrology, testing, injection molding, or a similar engineering environment. </li><li>Strong technical writing, analytical math skills (Geometry/Trigonometry), communication, and computer proficiency to successfully perform all job duties. </li><li>Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Minitab, and Gage Track, with the ability to learn new software quickly. </li><li>Experience working within MRP/ERP systems and customer portals; SAP experience is a plus. </li><li>Working knowledge of PPAP, SPC, GD&T, CPK, GRR, MSA, Calibration, and quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. </li><li>Ability to travel occasionally for supplier or customer quality issues, crisis support, or required training. </li></ul>
