Each job title will vary as far as job description. Once you have identified which of these job titles you would fall under, more information will be discussed in detail during the hiring process.</p> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <p>Social Services Designee I</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW). </li><li>Requires credentials as a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW) within a year of hire. </li><li>Recommended to continue education with obtaining Masters in Social Work (MSW) - Deaconess will assist in continued education through tuition reimbursement program. </li><li>Experience in health care, crisis intervention, counseling and/or social agency preferred. This can include internships or other employment. </li></ul> <p>Social Services Designee II</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Masters of Social Work (MSW). </li><li>Requires credentials as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within a year of hire. </li><li>Experience in health care, crisis intervention, counseling and/or social agency preferred.
