You will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions for our Colorado team including onboarding, recruiting, HRIS, and training. This position will support the HR Director on many companywide HR initiatives as well.</p> <p>Your Day-to-Day at Murphy Company</p> <ul> <li>Support our recruiting efforts by partnering with our recruiter to post positions, evaluate candidates, and conduct pre-screen interviews. </li><li>Manage the Administrative Team and their day-to-day activities. </li><li>Manage new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all Colorado and Wyoming-based employees. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. </li><li>Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support. </li><li>Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. </li><li>Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to employees. </li><li>Lead the planning for key employee-facing events. </li><li>Assist with HR projects as needed. </li></ul> <p>Bring Your A-Game!</p> <p>Our ideal candidate should possess the following traits:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>3+ years of experience as an HR generalist </li><li>Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
