The Manager will recommend and support goals and objectives that are consistent with the mission statement of Peninsula Regional Health System, and delivers exceptional quality and service to all patients and other customers. Through a constant pursuit of excellence and respect for every individual, fosters an environment of participation, teamwork, and professional growth.</p> <p>Capital Projects Manager Position Requirements</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors required or five (5) years or more experience in CMMS work order data base systems, such as TMS/TMA for healthcare (building, maintaining and admin responsibilities in those systems), Accounting/ Budget knowledge, PM/ workorder creation and implementation knowledge, basic knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS requirement for Facilities Operation and Construction. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Six years of experience in construction building trades, in a healthcare or public institutional environment, with two years in a management or supervisory position. </li><li>Demonstrated experience with AUTO-CAD 08. </li><li>Experience with managing design teams and project development. </li><li>Valid driver's license and verification of insurability under TidalHealths automobile insurance plan required. </li><li>A DOT physical will be required at least once every 24 months for each driver operating vehicles with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) or a gross vehicle weight rating of at least 10,001 pounds </li><li>CPR certification required. </li><li>Fire safety training is required. </li></ul> <p>Capital Projects Manager Benefits</p> <ul> <li> <p>At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.</p> </li><li> <p>Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance plans, life insurance, paid time off plans, retirement plans, tuition assistance, employee assistance, and access to on-site childcare and a credit union.</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary range: $78,769.60 - $122,116.80 Commensurate with experience</p>
