This position is on a future contract pending award announcement.</p> <p>Are you ready for your next career challenge? Join a team committed to a Mission!</p> <p>Responsibilities Include:</p> <p>The 616th Operations Center's Lead ISR Ops Trainer's primary role is to train DoD personnel assigned to 24/7 operations. This candidate must create and edit ISR training products, respond to multiple echelons of command-validated training requirements and adhere to prescribed ISR training TTPs. Additionally, the candidate will use analytical techniques, and Microsoft Office programs to provide ISR topical training products as visual/reference aids to training. Finally, candidate will conduct briefing activities on ISR related topics, track validation and satisfaction of Initial and Continuation training requirements. The Operations Training Manager/Instructor will be responsible for day-to-day duties of training new personnel, and ensuring continuation training for current personnel in ISR Operations Crew duties. The candidate will coordinate with the Operations and Training divisions to create and edit training curriculums, and drive improvements and innovations related to training process as mission requirements change. The candidate will enhance and improve the learning environment while improving the student experience as they are engaged in learning.</p> <p>Clearance Required:</p> <ul> <li>Current DoD TS/SCI security clearance. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience, Skills, and Education:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant Intelligence experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.</p> </li><li> <p>Five years' experience with the national intelligence community.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand AF operations and have experience working directly with a military operational command.</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of the U.S. Air Force Intelligence Career field training requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Has a working-level ability with all components of Microsoft Office.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prior experience assigned to a training office.</p> </li><li> <p>10 years' experience working within the national intelligence community.</p> </li><li> <p>Instructor experience within the U.S. Air Force Intelligence career field.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiar with Instructional Systems Design (ISD).</p> </li><li> <p>Certified in AETCs Basic Instructor Course (BIC).</p> </li></ul> <p>Original Posting:</p> <p>April 30, 2025</p> <p>For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.</p> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00</p> <p>The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
