And we do it all with heart, each and every day.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Senior Analyst is a key contributor to the delivery of CVS Health's benefits programs. This position reports to the Senior Manager and provides oversight of programs and vendor partners. The Senior Analyst is responsible for successful delivery of benefit programs, including operational excellence and exceptional colleague experience.</p> <ul> <li>Works closely with Senior HR Management to help design and execute benefits strategy, Great Benefits for Great People focused on physical, emotional and financial wellness </li><li>Works within the benefits framework for operating benefits programs. </li><li>Understands governance and compliance requirements for certain tax-favored benefits programs. </li><li>Develops and maintains relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders. </li><li>Has or can develop intimate knowledge of multiple benefit programs, including tuition assistance, financial wellness, and others. </li><li>Uses reporting to identify gaps in colleague experience and follows through to successful resolution. </li><li>Works with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure exceptional participant experience. </li><li>Assists with monthly reporting requirements. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in vendor management, program management or project management </li><li>Ability to Identify operational excellence opportunities to streamline and automate processes by leveraging technology. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Communicates effectively, both internally and externally, to collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processes and drive successful relationships. </li><li>Self-motivated, independent performance with a flexible and positive attitude. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals. </li><li>Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow up skills. </li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills and is comfortable presenting to internal and external groups on benefit strategy and policies. </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>HS/GED required</p> <p>Anticipated Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Time Type</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$46,988.00 - $112,200.00</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.</p> <p>Our people fuel our future.
