This position works closely with the Flight Service Training team, the Flight training team, and the FAA.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update all regulatory Flight Service training materials promptly to ensure accurate, effective and compliant training delivery. </li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify the training needs of the target audience. </li><li>Ensure all training materials align with the Advanced Qualification Program Manual (AQPM) and the Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program (AOSSP) requirements and objectives. </li><li>Develop clear instructional objectives and create content that aligns with those objectives. </li><li>Design instructional graphics, user interfaces, and final course products. </li><li>Apply evidence-based instructional design theories, practices, and methodologies. </li><li>Maintain organized project documentation and course folders. </li><li>Manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently, often under competing deadlines. </li><li>Develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content to enhance knowledge retention and application. </li><li>Create exercises and activities to support the learning process. </li><li>Develop supporting materials and media (e.g., audio, video, simulations, role plays, games). </li><li>Establish criteria for evaluating learner performance and develop assessment tools. </li><li>Assess the effectiveness of training materials through observation, feedback, and data analysis. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Who are we looking for?</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum Age: 18</p> </li><li> <p>High school diploma or GED equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Possess the legal right to work in the United States.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.</p> </li><li> <p>Current or prior Flight Service, Flight Attendant, and/or Flight Service Instructor/Evaluator experience preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.</p> </li><li> <p>Possess strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate skill level required).</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to storyboard and write instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred Knowledge and Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with ADDIE Design Methodology.</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in instructional design and instructional technology.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Articulate course development software</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of visual design software, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Comply365.</p> </li><li> <p>Some travel required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
