<p>Summary</p> <p>A Utility Worker is responsible for ensuring that buildings and the areas surrounding them are clean, well-lit, functional and safe. To this end, a Utility Worker job description may include the following duties:</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain all areas of the plant clear of excessive wood and debris </li><li>Ensure grass areas are kept cut and free of debris. </li><li>Sweep walk-paths and empty all garbage bins throughout the plant. </li><li>Production office areas that do not have carpet are to be mopped weekly. </li><li>Breakroom is to be cleaned and restocked twice daily to include wiping down, tables, counters, microwave, sink areas. Garbage cans in the breakroom are to be cleaned and emptied once a day. </li><li>Restrooms located in the breakroom building are to be cleaned 2 times a day.
