<p>Williams Lea is hiring for a Hybrid Presentation Associate for our Columbus, OH office to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm!</p> <p>Note: This position can also report to our Wheeling, WV location. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experience has been directly related to the functions of the job, required </li></ul> <p>Professional Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services environment, required </li><li>Experience in a document services, presentation development, or printing department, preferred </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, required </li><li>Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including experience with InDesign and expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator, required </li></ul> <p>Performance Traits:</p> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with all levels of the Firm and outside vendors </li><li>Ability to work in a diverse team environment and support the demanding needs of the Firm </li><li>Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines with shifting priorities </li><li>Ability to solve routine organizational and technical presentation issues with minimal to no direction and/or supervision, required </li><li>Ensures accuracy, consistency, and facilitates quality control of materials, required </li><li>Must be a self-starter with a high level of initiative </li><li>Strong customer service skills, able to anticipate needs and exercise independent judgment (for exempt roles, when applicable) </li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects </li><li>Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion </li><li>Exercises solid strategic thinking and problem-solving skills </li></ul>
