What You'll Spend Your Time Doing Lead daily food truck kitchen operations from prep to service Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment Coordinate logistics for food truck service (setup, breakdown, mobility) Partner with operations leadership on menu execution and improvements Jump in wherever needed-this is a hands-on leadership role</p> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>2-4+ years of kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Lead Line Cook, or similar) </li><li>Strong ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Highly organized with solid time management skills </li><li>Comfortable working in a compact, mobile kitchen environment </li><li>Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards </li><li>Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt on the fly </li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours), work in heat, and lift up to 50 lbs </li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to assist with food truck movement/setup is a plus </li></ul> <p>Work Details</p> <ul> <li>Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and events </li><li>Opportunities for growth within Hangar 24's culinary operations </li></ul> <p>The Fine Print</p> <p>Hangar 24 Craft Brewery is an equal opportunity employer.
