With us, you'll be in good company with a chance to make your mark on something bigger.</p> <p>About our team</p> <p>Join Corporate Banking, New York - as our new Client Associate [CA] providing support coverage to the Norwegian and Finnish LC&I Portfolio in North America. Be a part of setting the bar for sales growth, structure, knowledge sharing, use of data and focused business development / optimization.</p> <p>We add value by creating great customer experiences through our relationship strategy and a deep understanding of our customer's businesses and the markets they operate in. These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions - and that we imagine you share with us.</p> <p>What you'll be doing</p> <p>Our new CA will efficiently facilitate and support relationships between the local Client Executive [CE] / customer senior decision makers, our HQ stakeholders (Main Customer Responsible Units [MRUs] / Product Responsible Units [PRUs]) as well as the different NY branch stakeholders teams. S/he/x quickly becomes fluent in work flow processes, products and essential systems to create excellent service for the CE and the team's customer base.</p> <p>You will become responsible for supporting and co-creating:</p> <ul> <li>Profitable income growth of our important Norwegian and Finnish customer portfolios in North America </li><li>Close relations with our Norwegian and Finnish MCRUs and Team leaders for Sales coordination </li><li>Support sales of our various credit products, Cash Management Products (w/PRU), markets products (w/ PRU), Deposits / MMLs and more </li><li>Collaborate with our Cash Management Advisors to cross-sell Cash Management products and services </li><li>Diligent reviews of documentation to ensure strict adherence to allocated terms from HQ/MCRUs </li><li>Responsible for obtaining approvals for local credit processes </li><li>Preparing reports and assisting with various administrative tasks </li><li>Standardized processes, CRM and OneNote use as well as ensuring high standards and quality of production of the team </li><li>Support our Broker Dealer operations </li></ul> <p>So, you are probably well structured, strong communicator, pays attention to detail, eager for continuous learning, not afraid to ask, gets the job done (!) and strives to constantly lead the way and seek to come up with ways to optimize and provide value to our customers - for the further benefit of the team, the team's stakeholders and the bank.</p> <p>Expect customer interactions, virtual and in-person. Ability to speak Norwegian is highly preferred (alternatively Finnish), but not a requirement </li><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field </li></ul> <p>Remember:</p> <p>We are looking for a team player that inspires, role models, get the job done and helps everyone around her/him/x raising the bar.</p> <p>Further Information:</p> <p>Corporate Banking New York, consists of approximately 20 FTEs across three teams: Relationship Management, TxB and Customer Solutions. We are collectively responsible for the banks strategy execution toward our Nordics Large Corporates (LC&I & Business Banking) operating in North America.</p> <p>Please note:</p> <p>This position will be based on-site in New York City and will be subject to local hiring terms and conditions. To be considered for the role, the candidate must be eligible to work in the US either directly or via a visa-sponsorship - provided by the bank.</p> <p>Salary Range: USD $85,000 - $140,000</p> <p>If this sounds like you, get in touch!
