<p>Kids First K-12 Autism Program Administrator</p> <p>Building Principal</p> <p>Start Date: August 1, 2026</p> <p>Qualifications and Possible Job Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the implementation of evidence based practices for students with autism (e.g., ABA informed strategies, structured teaching, social communications supports) </li><li>Monitor and support high quality instruction aligned with Teach Town Curriculum, IEP goals, state standards, and individualized student needs. </li><li>Insure compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and Summit ESC policies. </li><li>Establish and maintain a positive, structured and predictable school environment. </li><li>Recruit, hire, supervise, and evaluate certified and classified staff. </li><li>Provide professional development focused on autism, communication strategies, behavior interventions, and instructional best practices. </li><li>Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation. </li></ul> <p>Required: Administrative License</p> <p>Preferred: Experience as a school leader as well as a teacher of students with special needs.</p> <p>Salary: Salary commensurate with experience and training.</p> <p>Deadline for Applications: May 15, 2026</p>
