<p>IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking highly motivated Associate Recruiter to help us hire top talent. As an Associate Recruiter at IXL, you will work closely with individual candidates and develop your sourcing skills, with a focus on supporting our non-technical teams. You will work side by side with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and peers within IXL to ensure that we hire the best individuals to work toward our mission. #LI-TL2</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong candidate screening and candidate management skills with the desire to learn and develop hiring manager partnering, sourcing and closing skills. #LI-TL2</p> <p>This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC area office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</p> <ul> <li>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and facilitate efficient interview processes </li><li>Conduct full-cycle recruiting for assigned reqs to include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, candidate management throughout the hiring process and presenting/negotiating offers </li><li>Become an expert on IXL Learning and speak to candidates about our products, positions, company culture </li><li>Foster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent and build the best pipeline of candidates for our teams </li><li>Provide a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcome </li><li>Help develop closing strategies for candidates, ensuring that they have the information they need to make the best decision </li><li>Keep organized notes and records of hiring activity </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree required </li><li>2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience </li><li>Experience recruiting for multiple types of roles is a plus </li><li>Stellar communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and hiring manager </li><li>Focused experience in sourcing quality candidates using a variety of strategies and platforms </li><li>Strong eye for talent and an excellent ability to connect candidates with the right opportunities </li><li>A sense of ownership and accountability </li><li>Innovative, highly organized, detail oriented, able to work quickly and accurately, and able to change tasks and focus easily </li><li>Experience with Google Suite and Greenhouse or other ATS </li><li>A true interest in understanding technology and a passion for education </li></ul>
