<p>Accountabilities:</p> <p>Capacity Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform finite and rough-cut capacity planning to identify constraints and develop mitigation plans</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate planned down days / maintenance windows with site scheduling teams to ensure resource availability</p> </li><li> <p>Track and report master schedule attainment; analyze variances and drive corrective actions</p> </li></ul> <p>MRP Ownership & Supply Plan Integrity</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure all MRP elements: planned orders, purchase requisitions, inventory projections, and capacity signals are accurate, synchronized, and aligned with demand</p> </li><li> <p>Review MRP message as necessary with production facilities, execute appropriate actions to prevent shortages, expedite supply, or avoid excess inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor material master data and own planning-related fields, including safety stock levels, lead times, lot sizes, replenishment methods, and other planning family</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain system configurations, time fences, and replenishment strategies in accordance with global processes and policies</p> </li></ul> <p>Supply and Demand Balance & Scenario Analysis</p> <ul> <li> <p>Balance supply with demand at SKU and site levels while adhering to production constraints, inventory targets, and customer service requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Identify risks and opportunities in the supply plan, proposing alternatives such as overtime, inventory reallocation, line prioritization, or schedule adjustments</p> </li><li> <p>Provide supply input and data packages for S&OP and S&OE meetings, including risk summaries, capacity outlook, and long-term supply signals</p> </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement & Analytics</p> <ul> <li> <p>Run, analyze, and act on stock-low/stock-high reports; initiate replenishment or demand shaping actions as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Lead or support cross-functional root cause analysis for service failures, driving corrective and preventive actions to completion</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate production plan changes, constraints, and priorities to internal stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities for process enhancements using analytics, planning tools, and technology (Power BI)</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and track KPIs to measure S&OP effectiveness and drive data-based decisions</p> </li><li> <p>Manage Planning Systems (Slimstock)</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in supply planning, inventory analysis, and data interpretation</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels</p> </li><li> <p>Project management experience leading cross functional initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, MRP, DRP, warehouse operations, and distribution</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated leadership skills to influence teams and drive operational alignment</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Minimum Number of Years of Relevant Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Supply Chain Management, Production scheduling, S&OP, or a related discipline </li></ul> <p>Education, Experience and Training:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field - Master's degree is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in S&OP execution</p> </li><li> <p>CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with advanced planning tools (APS) and modern ERP systems (JDE is a plus)</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in a global, multi-site manufacturing environment</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated capability in continuous improvement, process optimization, or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies</p> </li></ul> <p>Misc.</p> <ul> <li>Travel requirements of 5-10% </li></ul>
