<p>Manager, Fund Accounting</p> <p>Livingston, NJ or Wilmington, DE-Hybrid schedule (three days on site weekly)</p> <p>Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>CSC Global Financial Markets (GFM) has a growing financial services business unit located in West Orange New Jersey and Wilmington Delaware. We provide accounting and reporting services to private capital investment funds and their investors.</p> <p>Some of the things you will be doing:</p> <p>The Manager manages multiple client relationships ensuring superior client service with their client service team members.</p> <p>Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds such as:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in managing client relationships </li><li>Review accounting records and support schedules </li><li>Review checks and wires </li><li>Review form 1099 </li><li>Coordinate deliverables with client and internal teams </li><li>Daily client and team member interaction </li><li>Career development, supervision, and training of staff </li><li>Ensure that best practices are used by fund accounting team and look for process improvements </li><li>Lead/Assist with special projects </li><li>Internal responsibilities (filing, status reports, time tracking, etc.) </li></ul> <p>What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?</p> <ul> <li>BS Degree in Accounting - CPA or CPA candidate a plus </li><li>Experience in portfolio/investment and partnership accounting required </li><li>Working knowledge of US GAAP </li><li>Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges) </li><li>Investran experience a plus </li><li>Able to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlines </li><li>Experience delegating, training and supervising staff </li><li>Experience managing client relationships </li><li>Professional verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills </li></ul> <p>At CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual.
