We identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and we produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.</p> <p>How we LEAD:</p> <p>Virgin Music Group is currently seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Manager, Digital Marketing LATAM for our Los Angeles, CA office. The Manager will lead digital marketing, social media content strategy and fan community management initiatives for the VMG roster of Latin music priorities in the United States. They are responsible for constructing comprehensive digital media campaigns including but not limited to implementing tools and platforms to increase fan engagement, social media strategy, digital partner management, etc.</p> <p>How You'll CREATE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strategize the short form video and social media content aspects of digital marketing campaigns for a roster of priority artists.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage cross-platform social media content calendars and digital fan engagement experiences across owned artist and fan accounts.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and manage an artist's owned audience by increasing data capture via CRM strategy - including but not limited to Pre-Save, SMS and newsletter marketing.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor the wider social media and digital landscape for relevant trends, content opportunities and initiatives to best serve current campaigns in LATAM space.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategize and analyze paid media advertising campaigns in support of artist releases across social media platforms, programmatic web platforms, and gaming / innovation spaces.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategize creator and influencer campaign initiatives in support of artist releases -
