This role will work cross-functionally with business and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects across various teams </li><li>Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables </li><li>Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies </li><li>Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverables </li><li>Coordinate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors </li><li>Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and artifacts </li><li>Support change management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle </li><li>Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership </li><li>Ensure alignment with internal processes, compliance, and governance standards </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management </li><li>Experience supporting cross-functional or technology-related projects preferred </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities </li><li>Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail </li><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) </li><li>Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar) </li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) </li></ul>
