<p>Objectives of this Role</p> <ul> <li>Process all types of commercial, mortgage and consumer loan transactions from booking through payoff, for all branches. </li><li>Generates monthly board reports, reconcile bills, general ledger, credit card and deposit accounts. </li><li>Ensure monthly submission of credit reporting and accurate responses to E-Oscar disputes and manages credit reporting corrections. </li><li>Resolve general inquiry requests from internal and external customers. </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Determination of releasing loan funds according to the banks standard policy and procedures. </li><li>Determination of releasing refunds when applicable. </li><li>Ability to calculate accruals, reverse & reapply payments and create manual billing statements. </li><li>Create, revise, and update policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Other Duties</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.</p>
