PAID HOLIDAYS for qualifying employees </li><li>Annual performance-based raises and bonuses! </li><li>Quarterly incentive program </li><li>Employee of the month </li><li>$100 referral bonus! </li><li>No experience necessary - we provide paid, hands-on training and development! </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings with your moving team </li><li>Load and unload the moving truck </li><li>Assist with paperwork and payment collection </li><li>Help drivers with performing daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years or older to be a mover </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Physical Demands: the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk, sit, hear, use hands and fingers, handle, feel and/or life with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to lift 100 pounds or more.
