We are currently seeking a Program Specialist in our Center for Corporate and Community Education (CCED) department. The Program Specialist is responsible for assisting in meeting the CCED mission by providing support in the development and delivery of community and workforce development programming, including creating reports to tracking program results.</p> <p>Key responsibilities for this position include:</p> <ul> <li>Handles student registrations and provides daily customer service both on the phone and in-person; </li><li>Supports coordinators in development and implementation of courses; </li><li>Maintains customer and internal databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity; </li><li>Prepares third-party subcontracts, instructor contracts, invoices, and payroll authorizations; </li><li>Coordinates room assignments and bookings for classes and events; </li><li>Coordinates with students, staff, and external entities to resolve issues related to student account, space allocation, and other related matters; </li><li>Performs additional duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 4:30pm</p> <p>Hours per week: 25</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or a minimum of 60 completed college credits </li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, computer skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office </li><li>Ability to be adaptable during difficult situations and problem-solve quickly </li><li>Must enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Familiarity with ARGOS and/or Banner </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li>Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
