<p>Position Type: Full-time, Hourly</p> <p>Location: Portland/Tualatin, OR</p> <p>Wage Scale: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour or Piece Rate</p> <p>Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist fireplace installers with variety of tasks including, but not limited to </li><li>Installing wood, gas, electrical and pallet fireplaces </li><li>Ensuring all parts are loaded and accounted for per each job </li><li>Check work for errors and correct them if necessary </li><li>Assist in the warehouse </li><li>Loading and unloading material from trucks </li><li>Tracking inventory </li><li>Other duties may be assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent </li><li>Previous construction, general labor experience preferred </li><li>Ability to listen and learn </li><li>Communication skills </li><li>Ability to use basic hand and power tools </li><li>Ability to lift and carry 50lbs or more </li><li>Valid OR Driver's License with clean driving record </li><li>Regular attendance is required </li></ul> <p>Why get your Career started with Fireside?</p> <p>With locations in both Oregon and Washington Fireside is the Northwest premier provider of fireplace hearth products and garage doors, specializing in the service and installation of quality fireplaces, garage doors, BBQ, fire-pits and more.
