We are seeking to hire a Referral Development Manager with exceptional customer service to drive the growth of ADCS by supporting the acquisition of new patients.</p> <p>Key activities include:</p> <ul> <li>Establishing and growing relationships with local healthcare referral sources (MSO's, ACO's, PCP's, other medical providers, and large employer groups) </li><li>Analyzing local market dynamics and creating account development plans </li><li>Promoting ADCS clinicians, their credentials,and clinical capabilities </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Duties and Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Prospect new referral development opportunities to drive referral growth. </li><li>Grow established referral accounts </li><li>Optimize account operations and address challenges that arise </li><li>Monitor client satisfaction from patients and referral sources </li><li>Identify appropriate Employer Sponsored Skin Cancer Screening opportunities to drive new patient acquisition and improve brand recognition </li><li>Track and report on local competitive activity to elevate threats and opportunities. </li><li>Actively participate in weekly/monthly conference calls and other meetings as appropriate </li><li>Maintain knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA standards, and adherence to healthcare compliance policies </li><li>Utilize excellent interpersonal skills and experience in building long term relationships </li><li>Utilize excellent presentation skills as well as proficient organizational and time management skills </li></ul> <p>REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for completing the following reports: Expense reports, and other reports required by management </li><li>Responsible for maintaining activity reports within SharePoint </li><li>Work within the assigned expense budget by exercising sound judgment regarding general operating, travel, and entertainment expenditures </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Ability to identify and develop referral development plans by trade area </li><li>Ability to open and nurture new referral relationships </li><li>Excellent organizational skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Excellent project management skills </li><li>Skilled in using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Google Docs </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations with patient information </li><li>Ability to practice professional ethics and use discretion concerning company directives and proprietary information and/or trade secrets of the organization </li><li>Ability to recognize a problem and effectively problem solve </li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to change </li><li>of all job duties </li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to use appropriately </li><li>Knowledge of company policies and applicable government regulations and standards, and the ability to actively apply that knowledge in the performance of all job duties </li></ul> <p>PROFESSIONALISM</p> <ul> <li>Project a professional manner and image, including proper workplace attire and grooming standards; exhibit professional conduct at all times </li><li>Adhere to ethical principles and company core values. </li><li>Treat all business contacts, customers, and co-workers with respect, compassion, and empathy, recognizing and respecting cultural diversity. </li><li>Demonstrate initiative and responsibility for actions. </li><li>Work as an effective team leader and team member. </li><li>Maintain a strong record for attendance and punctuality. </li><li>Enhance skills through continuing education. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION</p> <ul> <li>College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or referral development experience </li><li>Minimum of 3 years proven healthcare/business-to-business sales experience </li><li>Previous experience in a dermatology setting preferred </li></ul> <p>LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to listen, speak, and interact effectively with professional contacts, co-workers, and customers, adapting communication for optimal understanding </li><li>Ability to speak effectively before groups of people; ability to effectively create and give presentations </li><li>Ability to create, read, and interpret work-related documents </li><li>Ability to respond to correspondence as appropriate </li><li>Ability to practice professional telephone etiquette and techniques on all calls </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and client office environments. Local travel with personal vehicle and overnight travel is required. Overnight travel up to 50%.
