<p>Chelmsford Public Schools - Announcement of Vacancy - Summer 2025</p> <p>The Chelmsford Public Schools is now accepting applications for the following anticipated vacancy. The District reserves the right to change this vacancy or not fill this vacancy based on further staffing changes, enrollment, or budget.</p> <p>TITLE: Summer School Coordinator LOCATION: Chelmsford High School</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION/GOAL:</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities: Working with the high school principal, Deans and Community Educations staff, the Summer School Coordinator will be responsible for the following:</p> <ul> <li>Available one day per week for students to come for help </li><li>Work with school online platform to set up classes for students </li><li>Handle required paperwork as directed </li><li>Set up and reserve classroom space as needed </li><li>Be available during the school week to assist students and/or administration </li><li>Be available to trouble shoot and work with the online platform to help address student and school problems </li><li>Supervise Students by performing checking on student progress </li><li>Willingness to learn the functions of the online platform </li><li>Prepare final grade reports </li><li>Oversee management of the summer school program </li><li>Discipline, if needed </li><li>Liaison between the school administration and Community Education </li><li>Work with technology to make sure appropriate software is loaded on computers </li><li>Other duties as assigned by the high school principal </li></ul> <p>Availability: June 17, 2024 through August 16, 2024 (Student classes vary) Hours: This is an online learning platform. Schedule will vary between being available at Chelmsford High School and working remotely from home.</p> <p>Reports To: Chelmsford High School Administration and Director of Community Education</p> <p>Pay Rate: $4000 stipend</p>
